“永科祥”牌鉻合金鑄球生產(chǎn)工藝及流程已全部實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)和控制，。現(xiàn)擁有鐵模覆砂大球生產(chǎn)線（1條）、（迪沙）微球生產(chǎn)線（1條）、消失模耐磨鑄件生產(chǎn)線（1條）、熱處理油淬生產(chǎn)線等先進(jìn)的工藝裝備（1臺(tái)），并擁有德國(guó)進(jìn)口的鑄造直讀光譜儀（1臺(tái)）、沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)、洛氏硬度計(jì)、金相分析儀等檢測(cè)設(shè)備。
產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝及流程：原材料進(jìn)廠——檢驗(yàn)定級(jí)——車(chē)間備料——電爐熔煉——爐前化驗(yàn)——電爐升溫調(diào)制——恒溫包澆注成型
——爐后化驗(yàn)——打磨拋光——半成品自檢——淬火處理（油淬）——回火處理——產(chǎn)品抽驗(yàn)（硬度檢測(cè)、落球檢測(cè)、沖擊檢測(cè)、金相檢測(cè)）——產(chǎn)品包裝入庫(kù)。

The production process and flow of the "Yongkexiang" brand chromium alloy cast balls have fully realized automatic production and control of the production line, Currently, the company owns advanced process equipment including 1 iron mold sand-coated large ball production line, 1 Disha microsphere production line, 1 lost foam wear-resistant casting production line, and 1 heat treatment oil quenching production line. It also possesses testing equipment such as 1 German-imported casting direct-reading spectrometer, impact testing machine, Rockwell hardness tester, and metallographic analyzer.Product Production Process and Flow:
Raw material incoming → Inspection and grading → Workshop material preparation → Electric furnace smelting → Pre-furnace testing → Electric furnace heating and conditioning → Constant temperature ladle casting forming → Post-furnace testing → Grinding and polishing → Semi-finished product self-inspection → Quenching treatment (oil quenching) → Tempering treatment → Product sampling inspection (hardness testing, drop ball testing, impact testing, metallographic testing) → Product packaging and warehousing.
