The production process and flow of the "Yongkexiang" brand chromium alloy cast balls have fully realized automatic production and control of the production line, Currently, the company owns advanced process equipment including 1 iron mold sand-coated large ball production line, 1 Disha microsphere production line, 1 lost foam wear-resistant casting production line, and 1 heat treatment oil quenching production line. It also possesses testing equipment such as 1 German-imported casting direct-reading spectrometer, impact testing machine, Rockwell hardness tester, and metallographic analyzer.
Product Production Process and Flow:
Raw material incoming → Inspection and grading → Workshop material preparation → Electric furnace smelting → Pre-furnace testing → Electric furnace heating and conditioning → Constant temperature ladle casting forming → Post-furnace testing → Grinding and polishing → Semi-finished product self-inspection → Quenching treatment (oil quenching) → Tempering treatment → Product sampling inspection (hardness testing, drop ball testing, impact testing, metallographic testing) → Product packaging and warehousing.
